Lack of proper inspection and maintenance is the single biggest cause of Fire Alarm Failures.
In addition, Life Safety Code 101® requires all building owners to ensure the periodic inspection and test of all Life Safety Systems. We offer as standard, a Platinum Service Agreement which provides for the proper Test, Inspection, and Maintenance of all aspects of Building Fire Life Safety Systems, and ensures the safety of all occupants. Also Included in our Platinum Service Agreement, is unlimited, routine service calls Monday Friday 8am-5pm*.
