7 Year Warranty Agreement
Homeland Security and Fire Protection, Inc. will repair or replace any device of the owner's alarm system, provided that the entire system was installed and is monitored & serviced by Homeland Security and Fire Protection, Inc. and/or it's authorized representatives.

- Homeland Security and Fire Protection, Inc. has professional, experienced, full time service people and installers, with over 150 Years of combined industry experience. Labor performed by Homeland Security & Fire Protection's representatives is covered under the labor warranty. Please see warranty limitations below for details.
24/7 Professional Service
Knowledgeable sales staff and
service department, on call certified technicians, and 24 hour live
person messaging service ensures you get the response you deserve in
the event of an emergency. If we do not have a sprinkler or alarm
service technician on site within (2) hours of your emergency call,
the first (2) hours of the emergency service will not be billed to
your company, even if you are not a current inspection
client-GUARANTEED IN WRITING.Warranty Limitations:
Parts that are damaged due to acts of nature, such as lightening, wind, water, pests, vermin, misuse, and abuse will not be covered. (Lighting and surges are covered when surge protection is installed by Homeland Security and Fire Protection, Inc.)
Obsolete or unavailable parts will not be covered under this warranty.
Routine owner maintenance is not covered, such as cleaning of smoke detectors or changing of batteries.
Any service requested after normal business hours, weekends, or holidays will not be covered under this agreement.
Non-Monitored security systems have a one year labor MFG warranty only.
Fire alarm/special systems testing and emergency lighting testing are not included with our standard warranty agreement.
